1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Butter, add to milk
1/2 Cup Boilng Milk
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs lightly. Beat in sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Whisk hot milk/butter mixture in slowly. Sift flour & baking powder together and add to mixture. Immediately pour into a greased and pachment paper lined baking sheet with sides. Bake 350º for about 12-20 min. When an inserted toothpick comes out clean, it is done.

The goal in this recipe is to have a thin cake. If you wish to bake in a 9x13 cake pan, bake for 25-30 min.
