3 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

1 pint half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage make knephla dough

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and eggs

Add 3/4 C. warm water, knead and turn out onto cutting board. Cut with scissors or knife into a large kettle of boiling water that has a little salt added to it. Boil 10 - 15 minutes. Strain and put in large roaster. Add sausage and sauerkraut. Pour 1 pint half and half over all and bake at 350 about 45 minutes.
