1/2 Pound Applewood Smoked Bacon, Diced
1 Medium Onion, Minced
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 12 oz Beer
2/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
3 to 4 Cups Ketchup
Salt to taste

Render Bacon in stock pot. Saute onions for 4 min on medium high heat until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another 2-3 min. Add beer and reduce by more than half. Add everything into pot and simmer on low heat and stirring occasionally for 20-25 min.
