2 tbsp yeast 1/2 c. warm water 105-110 degrees 1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. butter 1 c. warm water 105-110 degrees 3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt 4-5 c. flour

proof yeast in 1/2 c. warm water. Cream butter and honey. Add eggs one at a time and beat, add yeast mixture
Mix flour and salt Add to yeast mixture. knead 10 minuets. Let rise double, Punch down Form into rolls, let double On cookie sheet.

Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minuets let cool completely
