1 pound asparagus, 1 T olive oil, 1 T Balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 425 degrees. Snap off tough ends of asparagus,. Place in a jelly roll pan. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt, garlic and pepper, turning to coat. Bake for ten minutes, turning once.
