1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Macadamiz Nut Flavored Syrup
6 Egg Yolks
2 Whole Eggs
3/4 Tbsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald cream & vanilla in sauce pan. Mix until just combined rest of the ingredients in stainless steel bowl. Incorporate hot cream slowly and a little of at a time to temper the eggs slowly. Strain mixture and skim off the foam on top. Pour into greased ramekins that are in a baking dish as tall as the ramekins. Place in 350 º oven and pour hot water 1/2 up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 35-40 min. Remove from pan immediately and cool for 25 min at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Place brown sugar a thin layer on top and broil on high until the sugar caramelizes.
