2 lbs. ground sirloin or turkey
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. bread crumbs
1 bottle chile sauce
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat, eggs, soup mix and bread crumbs and roll into small balls. Place in 13" x 9" baking pan with rack. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

Put in crock pot. Mix chile sauce, cranberry sauce, and brown sugar and pour over meatballs. Top with sauerkraut. Cook on high for 2-3 hrs.

Or bake uncovered in 13 x 9" pan just used for meatballs for 1 1/2 hrs. at 325º.
