1 cup scalded milk
1/4 cup warm water
1 cube margarine
½ cup sugar
5 cups flour
½ cup oil
2 pkg dry yeast
3 eggs
½ teas salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add sugar & salt, cool until lukewarm.
Sprinkle yeast into warm water, stir until dissolved.
Beat eggs with hand beater, mix with scalded milk, sugar & salt.
Add yeast to milk mixture, mix in 1 cup flour. Mix thoroughly into soft dough. Cover with wax paper and clean towel, let rise in warm place until doubled. (About 2 hours) 375 15-17 min. Or 350 20-22 min.

Grate orange peel and mix with softened butter or margarine. Spread on rolled dough before folding and cutting. (Also spread with cut nuts if desired.)

Juice oranges and mix with powdered sugar to spread on rolls after cooking.
