2 eggs
1 can (15oz.) pumpkin
1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 c white or brown sugar (I use Splenda)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 T. flour
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9" pie plate with release agent. Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Attention Weight Watchers! 1/8 piece of this pie is only 2 points.
