5 eggs, separated
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 - 1/2 C Bourbon
1 3/4 C milk, preferable whole or 2 %
1/2 Pint whipping cream
Nutmeg, if desired

Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks adding 1/3 C sugar while beating. Set aside in small bowl and refrigerate. Whip whipping cream until soft peaks adding 1/4C sugar. Set aside. Beat egg yolks to a light color and add 1/4 C sugar & pinch of salt. Add bourbon to egg yolks and continue to beat on low until well mixed. Add 1 3/4 C milk to yolks. Combine whipped cream and egg yolk and milk mixture in large bowl. Fold in egg whites and keep well chilled. Serve cold.
