1 C. celery, chopped
3/4 C. carrots, chopped
3/4 C. onion, chopped
4-6 large potatoes, cubed
2 1/2 C. veg. water
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
8 bacon slices
1/3 C. flour
2 C. milk
1/4 -1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover Vegetables and cook until tender. Drain reserving 2 1/2 C. water. Add 4 tsp. chicken bouillon to the water. Fry bacon. To a small amount of the bacon grease, add 1/3 C. flour and mix, then add vegetable water and cook until thick. Pour over vegetables and add 2 C. milk and bacon. Last add cheese and heat over medium heat stirring so cheese doesn't stick to bottom of pan.
