3 C. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 C. butter, divided
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. diced ham
2 eggs
1/2 C. whipping cream
1 tsp. season salt or salt, pepper, onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T. butter in pie plate and spread over bottom and sides. Press thawed hash browns over bottom and sides of pan. Pour remaining butter over hash browns. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown. Combine cheese and ham. Spoon into crust. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream add seasoning. Reduce heat to 350 and bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with a little shredded cheese.
