Ingredients:  
1 C. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 C. cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 C. rhubarb
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, egg yolk, cream and flour; stir in the rhubarb. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Top with Meringue; brown. Cool thoroughly before serving. Store in Refrigerator.
