Topping:
3/4 C. Cooked chicken
1/2 C. shredded carrots
1/2 C. chopped cashews
1/2 C. chopped water chestnuts
3 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
Base:
8 oz pkg cream cheese,softened
1 tbsp. milk

Drizzle:
Sweet & sour sauce of you choice

In small bowl combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of 10 inch round serving dish. Spoon topping evenly over cream cheese. Drizzle with 1/4 - 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce. Serve with crackers.
