12 tortillas
oil
2 1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz. Monterey cheese
1 Jalapeño pepper, minced
6 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Brush both sides of each tortilla with oil. Heat until warm and keep in foil. Mix turkey, garlic, green pepper and Jalapeño pepper tinto softened cream cheese. Put about 2 Tbls. on each of the warmed tortilla's. Roll and place enchiladas seasmside down in an oblong buttered baking dish. Pour heavy cream over enchiladas and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
