1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne
salt to taste
3 russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475º with a baking sheet inside.

Combine Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt in a small bowl.

Coat potatoe wedges with 1 Tbsp oil in a large bowl, then add Parmesan mixture, tossing to coat. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and coat with the remaining oil. Place wedges on the pan and roast until golden, 15 minutes per side. Return fries to bowl and toss with parsley
