1 potato per person
8 eggs per 1 doz potatoes
1 med sweet white onion
celery - chopped
Miracle Whip - use enough so you can't taste the potatoes.
(1 small jar plus 1/3 of another jar)
1 green pepper sliced
paprika

Boil potatoes and eggs. Peel when cool. Mix together.
