1 cup corn meal
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsps butter
3 cups milk
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk-don't boil it. Mix salt and corn meal. Pour slowly into the milk, stirring until it thickens. Remove from fire and add butter and well beaten egg yolks. Mix and finally fold in beaten egg whites. Put in deep baking dish. Bake at 350º oven 20 to 25 minutes.
