1 C. sugar
2/3 C. cream
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above and boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool and spread over sough. Top with softened dried fruit, as desired. Sprinkle with brown sugar, white sugar and/or cinnamon.

Bake at 350º for approx. 30 mins. - or until crust is light golden brown.
