1 13.8 ounce can refrigerated pizza crust dough
cooking spray
1 t extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 clove garlic, halved
5 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 c (4 ounces) shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
1 t balsamic vinegar
1/2 c thinly sliced fresh basil
1/8 t salt
1/8 t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Unroll dough onto a baking sheet coated w/cooking spray; pat into a 13x11 rectangle. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
Remove crust from oven, and brush with 1/2 t oil. Rub crust w/cut sides of garlic.
Arrange tomato slices on crust, leaving 1/2 inch boarder & sprinkle evenly w/cheese. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust is golden.
Combine remaining 1/2 t oil and vinegar, stirring with a wisk.
Sprinkle pizza evenly w/sliced basil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle vinegar mixture evenly over pizza. Cut pizza into 8 pieces (or smaller)
