2-3 Ts crushed garlic
4 T margarine
2-3 T lemon juice
3 tsp Italian seasoning
2 T lemon pepper
4 c fresh veggies
1 pkg pasta (any of your favorite) I use lemon pepper or linguini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in olive oil and lemon pepper until slightly tender (set aside)
Cook pasta according to directions and drain
Saute crushed garlic, margarine, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning until mixed like a sauce.
Place pasta in large bowl (need enough room to toss) add veggies, sauce and parmesan cheese and toss.
