2 - 10 oz pkgs frozen spinach
3/4 cup melted butter
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
l large onion finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs well beaten
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll into balls (size of walnuts) Place on tray and freeze. Ten store when needed. Bake 10 minutes for 350 degrees. Mixture seems soft so freeze separately. Then place in a baggie when frozen.
