4 C. mashed potatoes
1/3 C. butter or margarine
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes.

Whip 1/4 cup butter, cheese, salt, pepper and the sour cream into the mashed potatoes. Whip until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into buttered casserole.

Dot the remaining butter over top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 325º for 45 minutes. or until hot.
