Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 head of Cabbage frozen and then thawed to point where leaves are pliable to work with.

Filling:
1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1 cup rice
1 onion-chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder.

Sauce:
2 cans tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put filling in cabbage leaves and roll up. Brown rolls in oil in heavy Dutch oven.
Cover with sauce ( see ingredients above).
Cover Dutch oven and cook at least one hour.
