1 pkg Spicy Pork Sausage
1 Can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash browned potato cubes, thawed
1 cup shredded hot pepper Monterey jack cheese
3 eggs lightly beaten
3 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º
In large skillet cook sausage
Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles
Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center, press together and seal perforations to form a circle 1 inch larger than the bottom of the pan, turn edges under to make a slight rim.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust, top with potatoes, sprinkle with hot pepper cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and pepper in a small bowl, stir well, and pour evenly over pizza
Sprinkle with Parmesan
Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.
