2 t vanilla

1 stick margarine
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add vanilla. Alternate flour and milks. Mix well. Bake at 350º in floured and greased 9 inch round cake pans until cake is done. For the icing mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for about 3 1/2 minutes. If you cook the icing too long it will be hard and you want it runny. Assemble cake with icing in between each layer and on top of cake.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is another one of Tami's Grandmother's famous cakes. Her granny also boiled water and sugar to the same consistency as the icing and spooned it over each layer before she iced the cake and called it "cake moist". Tami doesn't do this because she says it makes the cake too sweet. Try it if you dare!
