2 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
8 marshmallows, cut into quarters or you can use Marshmallow Fluff in place of whole marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, corn syrup, salt and water together in a saucepan and cook to the firm ball stage (250º F). Pour the hot syrup slowly into the well beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Add vanilla and continue beating until the frosting will hold its shape when tossed over the back of a spoon. Add marshmallows. This frosting will stand in swirls an inch or more high.
