"No Cook" Marshmallow Frosting
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c corn syrup, light
1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks are formed. Gradually add sugar, about 1 Tbsp at a time, beating until smooth and glossy. Continue beating and add corn syrup, a little at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition, until frosting peaks. Fold in vanilla.
Note: Never cover the seal the cake after it is frosted. leave a crack in the lid so that the icing does not run off the cake.
