10-15 fresh Roma tomatoes
20 fresh basil leaves
2-4 cloves garlic minced
sea salt
pepper
1/2 cup good olive oil
Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes. Add chopped basil, garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste and olive. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Boil pasta. While pasta is still warm, add tomato mixture and serve immediately.
