2 eggs
1 C. fresh orange juice
1/4 C. water
grated rind of 2 oranges
1/4 C. butter melted
4 C. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 C. sugar
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. red or green candied cherries
1/4 C. coconut
2 C. cranberries, cut in half

Directions:

Combine:
Eggs, well beaten, oj, water, grated rind and butter.

Sift into large bowl:
sifted flour, baking powder, soda and sugar

Blend liquids with dry ingredients and add:
walnuts, cherries, coconut and cranberries

Turn in40to 2 greased, wax paper lined, bread pans, (9x5in.). Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Lower heat to 300º and bake 40 minutes more. Remove loaves from paper after they have cooled a little.

Peel off paper. Wrap in foil or plastic and store i refrigerator.

Freezes well.
