4 C. white sugar
1 can evaporated milk (13oz)
1/2 pound butter or margarine
1 large pkg (12oz) chocolate chips - (2 cups)
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 C. nutmeats, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1st 3 ingredients in kettle. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, to soft ball stage. (234-238)

Remove from heat and add:
Choc. chips
Marshmallow cream
vanilla
nutmeats

Mix well and pour into buttered 9X13 cake pan.

No beating necessary

Cut when cooled but not hard.

Tip: Before starting, measure all ingredients and set aside in bowls ready for use. You can move more quickly at the end. before fudge 'sets up'.
