1 pound round steak, sliced 1/8 inch thick
2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 C. beef bouillon
1 C. drained, quartered, canned tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet (or wok) heat oil, add steak, onion and garlic and cook until meat is browned.

Add green pepper and bouillon; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.

Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water and stir into meat mixture. Cook until sauce is thick and glossy.

Serve with rice.
