1-2 lbs ground beef (seasoned with onion, salt, pepper and garlic)
1 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice, rinsed and drained
finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 can tomato soup with 1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and form into meatballs. Put tomato soup and water in casserole dish and place meatballs on top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
