1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
6 eggs
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Melt butter in 9X13 at 425º
In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add flour and whisk until lump-free. Add sugar and milk. MIx well. Pour into 9X13. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Good to top with
Brown sugar
strawberries
sour cream
