2 c fresh basil leaves (chopped)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T grated Romano Cheese
1/4 c pine nuts (or walnuts)
1/2 c olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine basic, garlic, cheeses and nuts in blender. With machine still running, gradually add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper - Continue processing for desired consistency. Let stand 5 mins.

(Thin pesto w/a few tablespoons of cream or hot pasta cooking water before tossing with hot pasta). Fettuccine or Linguine is recommended.
