1 T yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 t honey
1 t salt
1-1/3 c flour
1 egg yolk - beaten
coarse salt
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Mix flour and salt - add to yeast mixture. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Have each student knead the dough for 5 minutes and roll to form his/her initial.

Brush the initial with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with salt. Palce on cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 mins at 425
