3 to 3 1/2 # carrots, baby or large cut into chunks
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 large onion sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until barely done; drain and cool. Mix the remaining ingredients; fold into carrots and refrigerate before serving.
