4 c sweet potatoes, cubed
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t salt
4 T butter, softened
1/2 c milk

Topping:
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c all-purpose flour
3 T butter, softened
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Put sweet potatoes in medium saucepan with water to cover. Cover and cook over medium heat until tender; drain & mash.

In large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, butter, mulk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish.

In medium bowl, mix sugar and flour - cut in butter until mixture is coarse. Sir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 325 for for 30 mins. (until topping is lightly brown).
