1 package of Spanish or Mexican rice
1 pound of hamburger
2 cans of (10 oz) enchilada sauce
10 flour tortillas (8 inches)
4 cups (16oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
2. Cook beef until no longer pink, drain.
3. Stir in Spanish/Mexican rice and 1 1/4 cups of enchilada sauce.
4. Spoon about 2/3 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla.
5. Top each with shredded cheese and roll up.

Place in an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Top with the remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
