2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (room temp)
1 8 ounce cream cheese softened
2 Tbs sherry
1 clove garlic minced
One jar Major Grey's Chutney
2 bunches green onion chopped
6-8 pieces bacon fried crisp

Directions:

Mix both types of cheese, sherry, and garlic together. Chill. Top with spring onions and spread with chutney. Top with bacon and serve.
