2 c. white rice
1/4 c. green onions
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef bouillon soup
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 stick butter
1 lb. smoke sausage (cut in wedges)
1 lb. raw shrimp or chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 8-10 servings.
