1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 t. nutmeg
3 eggs
rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell, cube several cups rhubarb and place in shell. Mix together 3 beaten eggs with the dry ingredients and pour over fruit. Top with crust and bake in 400º oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
