2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 sticks oleo
4 T cocoa
1 c water
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 sticks oleo, cocoa & water. Bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Add to rest of ingredients. Grease and flour sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

ICING:

1 stick oleo 6 T buttermlk
4 T cocoa
3 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla

Bring the oleo, buttermilk and cocoa to boil. Pour over powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix and spread over cake.
