3 med. baking potatoes
3 T water
1 T vegetable oil
1 t. dried rosemary (crushed)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/4 t paprika
1/8 t. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8" thick slices. Combine water and next 6 ingredients in large shallow container - stirring wel. Add potatoes; toss gently to coat.

Arrange potato slices in 9x13x2 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Brush remaining marinade over potatoes. Bake at 475 for 30 min. or until tender - turning potato slices after 5 mins. Serve immediately.
