4 Boneless skinless chicken breast/ tenderloins **see note below.**
3-4 cups corn flakes crushed (sometimes i add more)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning- add more if you like spicy!
Bulgarian buttermilk (jut enough to soak chicken)
A dash or 2 of red pepper

Preheat oven to 400º
Cook for 1 hour.

1. Thaw chicken, soak in buttermilk with ready pepper for 30 minutes (at least).
2. Crush cornflakes & mix with another dash of red pepper & Cajun seasoning (use the pepper & Cajun seasoning to taste, i like it spicy so i always use more), in bowl or baggy, i normally use a bowl.
3. Place chicken breast in cornflakes & shake around until fully coated with cornflakes & seasonings.
4. Place on greased pan and cook on 400º for an hour!

**Servings size (chicken only) i have based on 2 per person. You can add as many as you like. You may need to add a little more crushed cornflakes depending on number of breast or tenderloins coking.**
