For Bars:
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ C sugar
• 1 C oil
• 2 C shredded zucchini
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 C flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon

For Frosting:
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ stick of butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 TBSP milk
• 3 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla adding each one at a time. Add all dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a big pan for 20-25 mins at 350.

Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar until spreadable. Frost bars with mixture.
