• ½ C brown sugar
• 2 TBSP cornstarch
• 1 tsp mustard powder
• 1 C raisins
• ¼ tsp grated lemon zest
• 1 TBSP lemon juice
• 1 ½ C water.

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, stir together brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard powder. Slowly stir in vinegar, raisins, lemon zest, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat. Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil.
