2 onions (chopped)
3 carrots (sliced)
2 stalks celery (sliced)
2 tsps salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil (dried)
dash of thyme (dried leaf)
3 Tbsp parsley flakes (dried)
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas
1 2-1/2 to 3 lb whole fryer
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker except noodles, in order given. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH 4 to 6 hours.

One hour before serving, remove chicken and cool slightly. Remove meat from bones and return meat to slow cooker. Add noodles. Turn to HIGH.

Cover and cook 1 hour.
