Ingredients:  
2lbs. frozen hash browns cubed or shredded. (thawed)
3/4 cup margarine melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tabls. dryed onion or 1/2 cup fresh (green onions chopped are good too)
1- 10oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese
11/2 cups sour cream
2 cups crushed corn flakes or potato chips. (Topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Put into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle with flakes or chips. Cover and cook 50 minutes at 350º
