1/2# bacon (fried, drained, crumbled)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c mayo

Loaf Party Rye or Pumpernickel bread (found in deli section at grocery store)

Directions:

Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Mix with mayo and parmesan. Spread on party bread slices placed on baking sheet.

Broil for just a minute - watch carefully! Serve Warm!

These are a family favorite!! I always mix up the topping ahead and store in tupperware in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Preheat oven - place breads on cookie and sheet. When guests arrive, spread mixture on breads and broil.
